The three venues operated by the Paris Entertainment Company have earned ISO 20121 certification: a new milestone in the rollout of its 2030 vision

Preparing for a concert: a key moment that’s as exciting as it is important! For Paris Entertainment Company, this process must be seamless for everyone, including people with disabilities. With this goal in mind, the group is taking a new step forward in its CSR strategy. By obtaining ISO 20121 certification—based on an international standard for the events industry—the group is reinforcing its commitment to inclusion by making shows more accessible to everyone. After launching the initiative at the Accor Arena in 2022, it’s now the turn of the adidas Arena and the Bataclan to adopt it.

This certification marks another step toward achieving the goals set by the CAP 30 CSR strategy led by Paris Entertainment Company. This strategy is structured around five pillars: reducing the environmental footprint and adapting to climate change; developing circular economy practices; ensuring the inclusion and protection of audiences; ensuring the inclusion and protection of staff; and addressing responsible governance issues. Among its commitments, Paris Entertainment Company is dedicated to improving the accessibility of its shows for everyone through smoother customer experiences and greater autonomy for audience members.

As a result, the Accor Arena is now equipped with low-vision headsets—digital binoculars that allow users to zoom in on the stage in real time—for all visually impaired attendees with tickets in the stands. The three venues also offer a telephone service accessible to people who are deaf or hard of hearing to help them plan and streamline their arrival at the venues. Finally, the websites for the Accor Arena, the adidas Arena, the Bataclan, and Paris Entertainment Company now allow users to adjust text display settings to improve readability for people with dyslexia and color blindness.
