PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE

The Société anonyme d’exploitation du Palais omnisports de Paris-Bercy (the "SAE POPB") places particular importance on the protection and confidentiality of the data of its visitors and users of its websites (the "Visitors"). As the data controller, SAE POPB undertakes to ensure the protection of this Personal Data (as defined below) by appropriate and secure means.

Through this personal data privacy policy (the "Policy"), SAE POPB describes the processing of Personal Data carried out in accordance with applicable legislation (General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and civil liberties as amended (the "Legislation")), on the data of Visitors in connection with its showcase website for the news of the Paris Entertainment Company (PEC) group which it operates, namely the website https://parisentertainmentcompany.com/ (the "Website").

"Personal Data" means, within the meaning of the Legislation, any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identification number or to one or more specific elements specific to their physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity.

ARTICLE 2: IDENTITY AND CONTACT DETAILS OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

The controller of the Personal Data collected on the Services is the Société anonyme d’exploitation du Palais omnisports de Paris-Bercy ("SAE POPB"), SAEML with a capital of 2,004,078.75 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 326 433 117, with its registered office at 8 boulevard de Bercy, 75012 Paris and principal place of business at 8 boulevard de Bercy, 75012 Paris, represented by its general manager.

ARTICLE 3: TYPE OF DATA COLLECTED

All data concerning Visitors is collected directly from them.

SAE POPB undertakes to obtain the prior consent of its Visitors and to allow them to exercise their right to object to the use of their data for certain purposes, whenever necessary.

SAE POPB may collect several categories of Personal Data, as identified below:

- Information relating to the private life of Visitors (surname, first name, email address, telephone number, CV)
When is this information collected?
- When the Visitor fills in a newsletter subscription form
- When responding to a spontaneous job application or a job offer
- When requesting consulting from Paris Entertainment Company

- When the Visitor uses SAE POPB's digital systems and services (including the Website)

- When the Visitor opens SAE POPB newsletters
- When the Visitor clicks on SAE POPB advertisements
- When the Visitor fills in forms on the Website or the Application
- When the Visitor contacts SAE POPB

ARTICLE 4: PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTED

Visitors are always informed of the purposes for which data is collected either through this Policy or through online data collection forms.

1. Necessity of collection.
When accessing the Services, the Visitor provides certain Personal Data. If the Visitor does not wish to provide the requested information, they may not be able to access certain Services (particularly accessibility services and certain parts of the website), and SAE POPB may be unable to respond to their request.

Visitor data is mainly processed for the following purposes, grouped by category:

- enabling browsing on the Website
- ensuring Website security
- combating fraud

Whether Personal Data is mandatory or optional will be specified at the time of collection.

3. The collection of Personal Data from the Visitor is based on:
- the legitimate interest of SAE POPB in (i) providing and improving Services, (ii) promoting Services and new services, (iii) improving customer experience and (iv) combating fraud and securing Services
- obligations imposed by Legislation
- the consent of Visitors where required by Legislation

ARTICLE 5: NON-DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

The Visitor’s Personal Data will not be transmitted to commercial or advertising entities without the Visitor’s consent.
The Visitor’s Personal Data may be processed by SAE POPB’s subcontractors, licensees, and service providers, in full compliance with the GDPR principles, solely in order to achieve the purposes of this policy.
Within the limits of their respective responsibilities and for the purposes mentioned above, the main people likely to have access to the Visitor data of SAE POPB are mainly relevant members of SAE POPB staff or external recipients such as:
- our service providers and subcontractors involved in providing the Services
- the relevant authorities

ARTICLE 6: PERSONAL DATA TRANSFER POLICY

SAE POPB does not transfer Personal Data to entities located outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.

ARTICLE 7: DATA RETENTION PERIOD

SAE POPB only retains Personal Data for as long as is necessary for the purposes pursued, in accordance with legal requirements.

ARTICLE 8: VISITOR RIGHTS

Visitors may view copies of all personal data held by SAE POPB and request to modify, rectify or delete their personal data. Visitors may also limit, restrict or object to the processing of their data, as well as request that their Personal Data be provided to them in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

Visitors may also opt out of commercial contacts by withdrawing their consent at any time by clicking the relevant link at the bottom of the email received.

To exercise these rights, the Visitor may submit a request indicating their surname, first name, email address and proof of identity by post to the following address: AccorArena – Personal data - 8 boulevard de Bercy, 75012 Paris, and specify which service (human resources, consulting, etc.) is concerned.

The Visitor’s request will be processed within the legal timeframe. SAE POPB, in order to comply with legal retention requirements, may store certain Personal Data in intermediate archives.

ARTICLE 10: SOCIAL NETWORKS

The Visitor can click on the icons dedicated to social networks appearing on the Website.

Social networks help to enhance the user-friendliness of the Website and promote it through sharing, thereby raising its visibility.

When the Visitor clicks on these buttons, SAE POPB may have access to the Personal Data that the Visitor has made public and accessible from their social media profiles. However, SAE POPB neither creates nor uses any database independent of the social networks from the personal information the Visitor may publish there, and SAE POPB will not process any data relating to their private life through this means.

The Visitor must use the tools provided by social networks to control, modify or limit access to Personal Data published on their accounts.

ARTICLE 11: SECURITY

SAE POPB implements all technical, physical, logical, and organisational measures to ensure the security of Personal Data processing and the confidentiality of personal data.

To this end, SAE POPB takes all necessary precautions, according to the nature of the data and the risks posed by the processing, to preserve the security of the data and, in particular, to prevent it from being altered, damaged, or accessed by unauthorised third parties by means of policies concerning physical security (e.g. controlling physical access to premises), rights management (e.g. procedures ensuring control of access rights to data including assignment and identification procedures, or traceability and access control), and methods of processing information (e.g. data encryption, storage on dedicated spaces).

ARTICLE 12: PERSONAL INFORMATION AND MINORS

In principle, the Website is intended for adults who are able to enter into obligations in accordance with the laws of the country in which the Visitor is located.

A Visitor who is a minor under 15 years of age or incapable must obtain prior consent from their legal guardian before entering their data on the Website. Except for legal confidentiality obligations, SAE POPB may directly inform the guardian:

- of the specific categories of Personal Data collected from the minor
- of the option to oppose the collection, use, or retention of such data.

This Policy may be updated or modified. SAE POPB invites and advises its Visitors to regularly review this Policy. Nevertheless, the Visitor’s Personal Data will always be processed in accordance with the policy in force at the time it was collected, unless a legal requirement dictates otherwise.
