adidas arena celebreates its first anniversary: a year of sports, culture and lifestyle.
Inaugurated on February 11, 2024, the adidas arena is celebrating its first anniversary. More than a milestone, this event highlights an extraordinary year, marked by hosting and co-producing the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games and a bold, urban-focused lineup.
JOP 2024 adidas arena was one of the main stages of the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, hosting spectacular events across various disciplines: badminton, para-badminton, para-powerlifting, and rhythmic gymnastics.
With a capacity of 9,000 spectators, the adidas arena established itself as a premier venue, co-producing the event with the Paris Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games (COJO) and offering an unmatched experience. This success, widely praised, not only enhanced the appeal of the La Chapelle district but also facilitated a smooth transition to a varied and ambitious event lineup.
Since its inauguration, the adidas arena has captivated a broad audience with impressive results:

With over 110 events planned for its first year, an expanded musical and sports program, and the upcoming addition of a 3,600 m² lifestyle space featuring a bar, restaurant, event stage, terrace, and urban sports, the adidas arena is cementing its status as a flagship venue for both the district and the city.
The arena remains committed to local youth, with gym facilities that opened last November now used by schools and associations from the 18th arrondissement, strengthening its community ties.
In just one year, the adidas arena has become an iconic venue in Paris’ cultural and sports scene and a key player in the sports economy. It hosted “Sport Définition,” the first Sport Business summit organized by BpiFrance, and will welcome the “Sporsora Trophies” for sports marketing on March 6.
This first anniversary marks a new step in its development, driven by a clear ambition: to offer unique experiences and bring generations together for exceptional moments.
Created in 2023, the Group brings together the Accor Arena, adidas arena and Le Bataclan. The Paris Entertainment Company deploys a unique model as an operator, creator and designer of hybrid destination venues built around iconic concert and sports venues.
